Sending Out E-mails

If you have difficulty to check their e-mails (in particular, problem to send out e-mails) from MS Outlook, here's a solution to it.

1. In your respective email account, please go to the settings (Click on ' Tools ' -> ' E-mail accounts ' ->     'Check on view / change existing email accounts ' -> ' Next ')
2. Click on "more settings"
3. Under "Outgoing Server" , check on "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"


4. Check on the radio button "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail" (this actually allows you to check your mail, POP before SMTP, thus authenticating you as a valid user to prevent spam).
5. Try sending a test mail out.
