We've been established for 3 years, initially as an R&D company before deciding to venture into selling & marketing our services. Our team of sales and technical expertise has indulged in this industry for around 5 years.
3. Are you a budget hosting provider ?
No, we're not. Unlike many budget providers, we see ourselves as a Premium Corporate Hosting provider. We do not utilize more than 85% of the shared servers' capacity. Once the 85% mark has been passed, a new server will be in place to carry out the extra workload.
4. What is the range of services that you offer ?
We offer a full range of Web & Mobile Solutions. The services that we offer are domain registration, shared hosting services, database hosting, dedicated server hosting, server co-location, web development & applications, mobile applications and SMS gateway.
5. How long will it take to register a domain name ?
It depends on what domain name you plan to register. INTERNIC domains (.com / .net / .org) takes 24 hours to be activated and it is opened for registration for both individuals and businesses, where else MYNIC domains (.com.my / .net.my / .org.my) takes 48 hours to be activated and it is only opened for registration for Malaysian registered organizations.
6. Is it possible for me to transfer an existing domain/ hosting to your side ?
Yes you can. Please specify that you're requesting for a transfer and NOT a new domain. We will provide you with a step by step guide over the phone, e-mail or live chat. The transfer process will take between 24 – 48 hours.
7. How long will it take to setup my hosting account once I've signed up ?
The hosting account will be setup within 24 hours. Once the account has been setup, a Server Configuration File will be e-mailed to you.
8. Do you provide web designing as well ?
Yes, we do. Available in both templates based and customized, our company have been dealing with Professional Web Page designing for half a decade. We have quite an extensive reference list ranging from Multinational Companies, Public Listed Companies, SMEs and SMIs and Government Agencies. 9. What are the things that I need to provide if I were to sign up for your web
designing service ?
Basically what we need from you is the write ups and the necessary pictures and logos before we can actually start the designing and development work.

11. Do you provide any technical support after I'd signed up with EVERWORKS ?
Yes. We do provide technical support for all of our clients. All EVERWORKS clients will be supported by our Critical Velocity Support or better known as C.V.S, which is the industries' finest combination of technical system and support.
